ET99 Terms & Conditions – Complete Terms of Platform Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between ET99 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its members ("you", "user"). By accessing the ET99 website (et99.biz) or its associated mobile app, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English to ensure all users in Bangladesh can easily understand them. If you have any questions, please reach out to our support team—they are always ready to help.

ET99 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

To open an account and use our services at ET99, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Each person may only operate one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• To update any account details (name, mobile number, or email), please contact the support team.
• Withdrawal amounts will be limited until account verification (KYC) is completed.

An active Bangladeshi mobile number is required when registering an account. An OTP will be sent to that number to activate your account. The same number will be used for future verification and password recovery, so it's important to provide a number that is currently active.

All financial transactions on ET99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit Terms & Conditions

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (via bKash & Nagad).
• Maximum daily deposit: ৳50,000 (via bKash & Nagad), ৳30,000 (via Rocket).
• No processing fees on deposits.
• After a successful deposit, your balance is typically updated within 5–10 minutes.

Withdrawal Terms & Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the MFS number used for the original deposit.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.

All betting activities on ET99 are governed by the rules below, which are designed to ensure fair play and protect the interests of every member.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final — any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect previously placed bets.
• If a technical error results in incorrect odds being displayed and the error is clearly evident, ET99 reserves the right to void the bet.
• Bets are generally refunded if a match is cancelled, though exceptions may apply under specific conditions.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting—always verify the odds before confirming your bet.

ET99 uses internationally standard algorithms to set its odds. Odds may change at any time based on market conditions and available information — this is normal practice across all betting platforms.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly—you must first complete the required number of wagers.
• Bonuses may only be used on designated games or sports (this varies by offer).
• Multiple accounts receiving bonuses from the same device or IP address will be considered abuse.
• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only, and each member may claim it once.
• ET99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the integrity of the ET99 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating an account under someone else's name.
• Bonus abuse—where the same individual or members of the same household claim bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Using ET99 for money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Providing false information to ET99 staff.

Should any such activity be detected, ET99 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account and notify the relevant authorities.

ET99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false registration information.
• Failure to verify age — if the member is found to be under 18.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Participating in prohibited activities.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be withdrawn before the account is closed.

ET99 places the highest priority on protecting members' personal information. Data collected at registration is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and legal compliance.

• ET99 never sells or shares members' personal information with third parties.
• All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Information may be disclosed when required by legal obligation (e.g., court order).

• Account compromise resulting from the member's own negligence.

ET99 reserves the right to modify, amend, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or mobile number.
